Foster AI is an early stage Generative AI startup founded by Stanford engineers. Our mission is to deliver the benefits of Generative AI to improve healthcare outcomes.
Our technology automates a wide range of healthcare documentation tasks. Our applications enhance access to vital healthcare services by empowering clinicians and freeing them up from documentation tasks. Our proprietary AI technology facilitates clinical research and enhances care delivery for patients facing serious health conditions, such as cancer. Our products are being used by providers across the US, Europe and Asia.
Role Responsibilities
We are hiring a UI/UX designer to advance our mission and accelerate our product development. In this role, you will:

Prototype and design user-experiences that are intuitive, responsive and visually appealing for our Generative AI applications

Create flows, wireframes and high-fidelity visual designs for our features

Own the UI/UX design end to end, from ideation to execution, for novel AI features in our pipeline
You will have an opportunity to ship cutting-edge generative AI applications that people use. You will get to work in an early-stage startup and work closely with the founding team.
What we are looking for

You have a demonstrated baseline in visual design, interaction design skills and a portfolio of work that showcases your creative abilities

You have a broad set of design skills, an ability to communicate, express ideas through prototyping

You have hands on experience with Figma or Adobe or similar design tools

You have a passion for digital product design and a desire to build products that customers want to use
